I’ve tried to neatly package up various parts of personal finance and investing to get you well and truly underway on your financial independence journey. Without further adieu, these are the four key segments of building wealth:
Strategy
Have a clear vision of what you want to achieve in life.
As the saying goes – “for every 1 degree a plane veers off its course, it misses its target destination by 1 mile for every 60 miles you fly.” If you don’t know where you are going, you will probably end up somewhere else.
Learn how to set up financial goals and business plans so you have a clear structure and strategy in place to achieve your life goals!
Salary
Earning income as an employee isn’t the only way to make money. If you want to build wealth or achieve financial independence, you’ll need to create other income streams. Millionaires on average have 7 streams of income.
I’ll discuss strategies on how to maximize your income and provide new ideas on how to generate additional income streams!
Save
Generating additional income is only part of the equation. So I’ll also be sharing tips and tricks on how to keep more of what you earn!
Most people want to save more money, however, without a strategy and good saving habits, it’s easy to miss your financial targets. As with everyone, life gets in the way, unexpected expenses pop up, and before you know it, you’ve spent all of your monthly salary!
Secure
Finally, how to secure your future – this is the fun bit! (well for me anyway!)
It’s not enough to just earn more and save more money. How can you invest your money and make it work for you? Wouldn’t it be nice to have a few passive income streams that generate money for you while you sleep?
Whilst it’s no easy feat to achieve, it’s definitely achievable. I’ll share with you what I look for in my investments and hopefully, you’ll be well-armed with information on how to secure your own financial future!
